Velocity Video

Here's a video of an alpha version of Velocity. I've turned off video overlay so that the vid (of 2fast's helicopter) can be seen.

I have just ripped out a Flash tutorial (snooker balls) and overlayed some buttons. Nothing fancy really, but it does demonstrate the skinning capability.

NOTE: The slowness/choppiness is not from Velocity, it's the screen video capture program (Vidshot capture) that I used, and the only output format was xvid, so you'll need a player/codec that supports it.

here's the vid

balls are just a flash example I ripped out from the tutorials. it's to demonstrate that the skin can be fully animated.

the time is being cropped as its bounds are too small, I just need to enlarge them in flash.

OK cool.
Are the buttons flash too?
Lots of skinning potential

yes, everything is flash, only the video overlay is VLC, and even then, that can be moved and resized.

it's xvid, so you need to have the right codec. scouse, you prolly have it already on your machine

Confused is an unknown quantity at this point

It may be that their firewalls are blocking access to the video file, not lack of player or codec ;)
