Codes:
you still need? sentyou 2 Nlite: Thanks for that I'll give that a go and make a new one, maybe add a few bits to it that I like etc. everytime I have triednlite I always remove something (but I dont know what it is) that affects my networking to other pc's, so this may be my answer. |

exactly my experience ! If you have used nLite before, you its easy to change the unattended install screens and language packs, once you have copied the lastsession.ini from the bulletxp install directory. Good luck mate KPJUK | |

Interesting. I made an iso using Nero "Burn image to disk" but the CD doesn't seem to contain a boot image (well it doesn't boot anyway) .. do I now have to use Nlite to build a bootable ??

Hello radiotrib,
Once you have un-rar'ed the BulletXP ISO file, try using magicdisc to mount the ISO. Next copy the lastsession.ini file from the BulletXP ISO over to your hard disk (nLite direectory). This is all you need if you know how to use nLite. Copy your XP Cd into a "Gold" directory, fire up nLite, and set it to use the Lastsession.ini settings, just copied over from the BulletXP ISO. Then go through the settings, delete the US keyboard and add the UK keyboard settings. Change anything else you want, like your CD key then kick off the nLite process to create your own personalised install CD, with your own CD key in it. BulletXP supported everything I used on my CarPC, including wireless. Any problems post them up, and I will try and answer your questions. cheers KPJUK |

I almost followed tose instructions, but instead of mounting the iso - I toasted it .. but after that I copied the contents to a directory, and rebuilt the Nlite from the image files .. no joy so this time I'll build from my own XP ... If I can find a good one ..........
I'm on 64 now so I have to hunt down my old copy of XP Pro ... |

In the long run I think I'll end up playing with Nlite directly just to find out what it can do .. I need things likw SAPI and dotNET for my install so I think I'm going to have to set it all up myself znyway ... but I'll definitely be using the Bullet ini files as an example too ...
Thanks all .. I'm off to watch the telly ... |

code on rapidshare is always different each time you try to download.
if it isn't working then it could be a problem with the site. |
