    Exclamation Signature Rules

Due to the ever increasing size of signatures here, we are going to have to implement the following rules to keep the forum tidy and readable....

    Maximum image sig 500x90 pixels

Plain text sig, 5 lines of standard size text
(note: this includes blank spacing lines )

To clarify, use any combination of text + pics, as long as the image doesn't exceed 500x90 and the entire signature is 100 pixels or less high when viewed on screen...

A week from now, myself and the moderators will be removing/editing any signatures that do not conform, so this gives you plenty of time to reword/resize as needed

Sorry to have to do this, but the situation is spiraling out of control

what about cases with a picture and and text? Should we say that each line of size 1 text uses 10 pixels of your image allowance? (as an example - not sure how accurate that is)

Yeah, just be sensible about it, use whatever combination you like, as long as the entire signature isn't higher than 100 pixels

What do quotes count as? 3 or 4 lines would you say?

    Got mine saved anywhere?

Just returned after being away for few days to find it gone. I think my removal was a bit picky as if i remember correctly it was 2 lines and 2 quotes (haha Rob :p) there was definitely no images.

In fact, when I went to put the quotes on in the first place, my sig was 7 lines long and I reduced it to 2 lines to fit the quotes in.

I think the 'increasing size of sigs' maybe a problem in the code, as on my screen there seems to be at least 3 blank lines underneath EVERY sig, something that might want to be checked out....

Why do you guy not upgrade to 3.6. You can then control sigs a lot better.
