Digital-car.co.uk was set up in 2004 to bring together like-minded people to discuss the possibilities achievable by fitting a computer into a car. It also serves as a valuable resource of information for people who wish to get into Car PC modding and don't know where to start.
We are primarily a forum but also put together shows and attend events to try and get new people involved with the scene - we'd like you to register and start having your input in the exciting new field of car modification!

Digital-car has much to offer and in fact is more than just a web site. It is the home to the UK / EU's biggest and most lively Forum for CarPC / CarPuter / Informatics enthusiasts. The Digital-car.co.uk forums are one of the most active CarPC / Carputer sites on the Net. With more users signing up each day it is one of the most popular new destinations of its kind. Offering friendly moderated ( and therefore safe ) forum people from all over the UK and EU ( and some times even further ) come and join in our conversations.
Uniquely the forum ( and site ) is non commercial and as such has totally independent views on most of the subject. We do have some adverts to pay for the site but these too can benefit members by those advertisers some time making periodical Digital-car.co.uk only offers.
The forum its self is sectionised to allow you to either search for what you need very quickly or visit the right area to ask a question and join in a particular subject.
There are many advantages of been a member as this site progresses... but you'll only find out what if you are.
There are regular yearly meetings where prizes for the best installs are given out donated from the shows sponsors. These are an excellent opportunity to catch up with each other face to face and see some of the best installs you will see any where up close and personal. Many of these installs have been featured in main stream magazines such as Fast n' Modified and PC Extreme and we even have some members who contribute to the international scene as well.
If you cant wait for the national meetings then you will find many local meetings and activities ( not all CarPC related ) are arranged around the country by our members.
